The signature design package has a number of deliverables, which are fixed. Each project is bespoke and everyone’s needs are different. When you book the first consultation, this includes a full exploration of all the needs you have, all of the possible avenues to address them, some initial outline of how the project will run and all of the elements of the Signature Design Package that would need to be covered. Once all this is explored then the full design quote can be given. Each project is unique so the pricing is also bespoke. Rooms start at approximately £500, depending on the level of works needed.

The projects are put into a plan and a payment schedule is created. There is a deposit payable up front then two further installments during the process. The final payment is due when the design is signed off, which is when we are ready to then start the works and purchase the goods to complete the project.
Invoices are issued for each payment stage and you can pay via bank transfer, credit or debit card.

Yes, as of January 2024 credit cards can be used to make the payments.

Yes - there are several ways. The first is by looking at the time you spend on these type of activities. Hours of valuable time that you could be spending on other important things. Secondly, an interior design should have plenty of trade suppliers which will come with discounts. SA1 Interiors will pass on discounts to you. So not only with you be saving the time on the sourcing, the shopping and everything else, you will get good deals too.

The Signature Design Package is best for larger renovation projects that would include contractors, for example those who have bought a new house that needs a full renovation, or a full kitchen renovation, extensions, room reconfiguration, loft conversions etc. The Moodboard package is simply for those wanting to replace what they have, whether thats paint, flooring, kitchen doors or furniture. This package does not offer any 3D drawings.

Only if you wish, but they can also be sourced and recommended. I would prefer to use my own contractors because I have built a relationship and also have tried and tested them for reliability and quality of work. If you find your own contractors then I will still share the designs so they know what to implement. If contractors have to be managed by me and they are from multiple companies, then the project costs will increase due to the extra time spent.

No, not at all. I choose suppliers based on what I need for designs. I have over 50 trade accounts with suppliers, which usually come with trade discounts. These discounts are passed onto you meaning you save money, even with the project handling fee added. If there is a supplier that is not on my list then I will work to add them, so that I am creating a design that is best for you and not what's best for me.

This depends on the package you take out, but they always start with a consultation where we discuss your requirements.
The design process is done entirely by me; you will have draft designs and give feedback until we have everything 100% to your liking.
Sourcing products, services and contractors can be done for you, as well as buying and managing them too. You can simply just give feedback and approve until the space is completed.
